So here's a few specific prayer requests:
- a quick and pain-free adjustment to Uganda (culture, time zone, smells, foods, traffic, etc.)
- for safety as I visit the three different regions SP works at (car accidents are a significant risk in Uganda)
- wisdom as I decide on what region/ project to work on and invest about 3.5 months of my life in.
- safety/ Security for my camera gear (I know that may sound selfish but I really want to use my pictures to tell peoples stories or capture the daily lives of the poor I am going to be serving. That's hard to do if my gear gets stolen/ damaged).
- for the quick release of a fellow SP staff member who was kidnapped in North Sudan.
- for peace and safety to return to Kampala after the terrorist bombing on the day of the World Cup Final.
